Participants should complete the online registration form while an abstract submission is a separate process using on-line Conference System Easy Chair.
To take advantage of the smaller conference registration rates, register and pay the fee before 15 January, 2018. Higher rates apply after this date. Payment of fees may accompany the registration form, or it may be paid later but please follow the deadlines.

Conference dinner 40 EUR (optional)
* The full or reduced conference fee includes conference material, coffee and lunches during the conference, visit to the Nemunas Delta. BUT it not cover accommodation and conference dinner.
** Reduced conference fee will be applicable for students and participants from developing or economically disadvantaged countries.
All fees for the conference registration should be paid in EUR (€), VAT is included in the fees.
Payment is handled via bank transfer after registration. Please note that the given bank account is owned by the Baltic Valley, Klaipėda.

If a pro-forma invoice is needed for your payment, apply for it at the registration form or contact to email@example.com. It will be sent to your e-mail.
A invoice will be available at the registration desk during the conference. There is no invoicing charge.
Cancellation of registration must be made by the contacting to firstname.lastname@example.org before 1 March 2018. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.
