• ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral Presentations should be prepared for a 20 min time slot (15 min presentation with 5 min for questions). We recommended using PowerPoint (2010+) or Acrobat software.

• POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters should be in PORTRAIT format with a maximum dimensions A0 (height 118 cm x width 84,1 cm). Poster areas will be equipped with poster boards and material to hang your poster. There will be no printing service available at the conference venue; please print your posters in advance. Please have your poster up for the first working day of the Symposium at Wednesday, 13 June and keep by Friday afternoon, 15 June.
