    ORAL PRESENTATIONS

    Oral Presentations should be prepared for a 15 min time slot (12 min presentation with 3 min for questions). We recommended using PowerPoint (2010+) or Acrobat software.

    POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

    Posters should be in PORTRAIT format with a maximum dimensions A0 (height 118 cm x width 84,1 cm). Poster areas will be equipped with poster boards and material to hang your poster. There will be no printing service available at the conference venue, thus please print your posters in advance. Please have your poster up for the first day of the conference on Tuesday, 27 March, and keep by Friday afternoon, 30 March.
