A newly released episode of SmartRegions program of EuroNews produced by Aurora Velez tells about artificial floating wetlands and the LiveLagoons project. Two islands in the Curonian Spit NP and one in Klaipėda Jonas hill water canal could be seen in the video.
LiveLagoons project funded by Interreg South Baltic Programme (2014-2020) was completed in 2021 and will have a long-term impact for further solutions of the eutrophication problem.
